I had the flowers delivered to a friend in the area ahead of her first day at a new job, and she loved them! They looked great and she said they smelled even better. The flowers arrived the day after they were scheduled for delivery, which worked out fine but I had to reach out to my friend on the scheduled day of delivery to search around for the flowers that hadn't yet been delivered. I didn't get an update from the shop about the delay -- again it worked out fine, just a note or message would have been much appreciated. Thank you for your great work!

My second time ordering from Courtney's Flower Journee and definitely won't be my last! I called ahead to help schedule a surprise delivery and the lady on the phone already knew all about my order and was super helpful! Looking forward to sending another sweet surprise with this wonderful florist.
